Tenants

Move2 Homes has an aim to improve the accommodation standards in Leeds. Most of our properties are offered to a good modern specification with double glazed windows, central heating, modern fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The properties also have gas & electric safety certificates. Please register your requirements with us and we will contact you with a suitable match.

We require the following:

• Bank Reference / Bank Statement
• Photo ID ( passport / drivers licence)
• Employment details (proof required)
• Reference from previous landlord

If you cannot supply any of the above, please contact us to discuss whether we can use any alternative documents.

Once you have satisfied our tenant criteria, the following fees must be paid on moving in:

• One full months rent
• Deposit which is equivalent to one month rent + £50 (the deposit is refunded once the property has been inspected on moving out).
• Inventory & credit referencing fee of £85

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate benefit tenants due to landlord requirements.

Landlords

Move2 Homes offer a full management service where using our extensive marketing we find the best possible tenants. This could be from our existing list of registered clients. Our aim is to find good tenants for good homes by thoroughly vetting our tenants and making regular inspections of the property we like to protect our landlords interest.
